Most orders are shipped within 36 hours [unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock arrival at our facilities and are then delivered to most capitals in 5-7 days and to most regional areas within 10-12 days.

Orders Below $100 (Tracked): Tracked parcels under $100 are automatically covered for insurance. Orders Above $101 (Tracked): For tracked orders valued at $101 and above, purchasing additional insurance is strongly recommended. If insurance is not selected, we are unable to cover any loss or damage that may occur during transit. Orders with Free Shipping or Untracked Services: Untracked or free-shipping parcels are not eligible for insurance claims. No refunds or compensation can be provided for loss or damage on untracked shipments.

No, we do not offer COD shipments within Australia but do offer the ease of direct deposit from your bank to ours. When you order we will email you our banking details. We do offer PayPal and credit card payment as well

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with a copy of your order and your order number. When your order is shipped we also send you another email with all shipping details including consignment number. You may contact our Customer Support if you believe there has been some delay in receiving your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us. If there is a concern (i.e. we need more information from you), we will contact you.

On our website, each item description will state if there is a minimum or if you can purchase the items individually. Papers and cardstock are only sold in the pack sizes supplied by manufacturers (eg: 10, 15, 20 and 25 papers per pack).
Please Note: there is no minimum order value. But there is additional fee charged of $5 if the Cart items are FREE SHIPPING items and total is less than $10 -
Auzz Trinklets N Krafts makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from suppliers. This occasionally leads to some items being out of stock. All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart as it is in stock but when it gets to our warehouse it is out of stock. While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control.
If the of stock item is due to be replenished within three working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting.
If the out of stock item is not expected within three working days we will ship your order and you will need to reorder at a later date. Unfortunately due to the need for timely processing of all customer orders we are unable to hold back your order and advise you of any out of stock items prior to shipping.

When you place an order, your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PAYPAL or via Secure Pay by Australia post and no card details are stored on the internet. We take security very seriously. When paying by paypal we will charge a surcharge of 5% on the total and via Secure Pay 3% on the total so as to cover our Administration Cost. If you pay through bank transfer or Cheque there is NO surcharge.

c. The coupon will not be applied on any of the categories which are NEW ARRIVALS, BACK IN STOCK , Pre order items, Gift Cards and Craft machines. -
If you ordered the items which are in free shipping category and we sent it out to you through Australia post Standard Mail service are lost , Auzz Trinklets N Crafts DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST MAIL. If you want to get a tracking or registered please add REGISTERED MAIL to your cart total.
And if your parcel is left outside the door by the courier company or by Australia post , Auzz Trinklets N Crafts does not take responsibility for the lost parcel or stolen parcel and would not give any refunds for those.
Also with regard to the pre-ordered or Lay-by items if there is any cancellation of any reasons . Auzz Trinklets N Crafts will charge you a termination fees of 10% of the total price. -
If postage is being charged on an order over $150, it means your order does not meet the Free Shipping conditions or contains one or more items excluded from the offer.

- 12" × 12" papers or cardstock.
- Machines or other large or bulky items.
- Products marked "Postage as per Actuals" or "No Free Shipping".
- Orders requiring upgraded postage services or multiple parcels.
Additional Conditions
- If insurance is selected at checkout, shipping charges will apply because insurance is not included with free shipping.
- If your order cannot fit into a Small Australia Post Satchel, free shipping will not apply, even when the order total exceeds $150.

In case the two orders are placed with Shipping price we reserve the right to combine both the orders and refund the excess after deducting the extra fees of 3% if paid with credit card or paypal or 7% paid with ZIP pay or AFTER PAY Plus $2. For example if you have paid $15.50 as express shipping fee on both orders then we will only refund you 1 shipping fees after deducting $2.47 if paid by credit card or $3.10 if paid via afterpay or zip pay.
