  • When will I get my order?

    Most orders are shipped within 36 hours [unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock arrival at our facilities and are then delivered to most capitals in 5-7 days and to most regional areas within 10-12 days.

  • Do you ship C.O.D. (Cash on delivery) or PayPal?

    No, we do not offer COD shipments within Australia but do offer the ease of direct deposit from your bank to ours. When you order we will email you our banking details. We do offer PayPal and credit card payment as well

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with a copy of your order and your order number. When your order is shipped we also send you another email with all shipping details including consignment number. You may contact our Customer Support if you believe there has been some delay in receiving your order. Please be sure to include your Order Number when you contact us. If there is a concern (i.e. we need more information from you), we will contact you.

  • What are your shipping costs?

    All orders are shipped using Australia Post . We also offer express shipping and registered post . For more information on Registered post check the registered post Label .we will contact you with a quote price for your approval prior to shipping.

    All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Auzz Trinklets N Crafts is an Australian owned company and we do ship all over the world. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What are your minimums?

    On our website, each item description will state if there is a minimum or if you can purchase the items individually. Papers and cardstock are only sold in the pack sizes supplied by manufacturers (eg: 10, 15, 20 and 25 papers per pack).

    Please Note: there is no minimum order value. But there is additional fee charged of $5 if the Cart items are FREE SHIPPING items and total is less than $10

  • How do you handle Out of Stock Items

    Auzz Trinklets N Krafts makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from suppliers. This occasionally leads to some items being out of stock. All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart as it is in stock but when it gets to our warehouse it is out of stock. While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control.

    If the of stock item is due to be replenished within three working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting.

    If the out of stock item is not expected within three working days we will ship your order and you will need to reorder at a later date. Unfortunately due to the need for timely processing of all customer orders we are unable to hold back your order and advise you of any out of stock items prior to shipping.

  • Do you have a “real” store or Showroom?

    We are family owned business and  an online retail store with a home based facility and a showroom. You are welcome to visit our showroom only by appointments. You can find the address of our showroom on the Contact Us Page.

  • Do you sell wholesale?

    Yes we do sell wholesale all items under our own Brand Auzz Trinklets N Krafts www.atcraftwholesale.com.au . Also Auzz Trinklets and Krafts is a retailer and does offer wholesale pricing only in these category.

  • When is my Credit Card processed?

    When you place an order, your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. All credit card transactions are processed securely by PAYPAL or via Secure Pay by Australia post and no card details are stored on the internet. We take security very seriously. When paying by paypal we will charge a surcharge of 5% on the total and via Secure Pay 3%  on the total so as to cover our Administration Cost. If you pay through bank transfer or Cheque there is NO surcharge.

  • Is atcraft.com.au a secure site?

    We are very concerned about site security on the Internet today. That is why we have made sure that we have followed and surpassed all industry standards necessary for a secure site. These include encrypting all data that you give to us, processing your credit card information in a safe and responsible manner, and not sharing any information that has been given to us by you, our customers.   • Will I have to pay GST on my order?

    All prices shown on this website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for deliveries within Australia.

  • Using Gift Certificates

    We do have gift vouchers for the amount of your choice. The code will be automatically sent to the receiver account as soon as the payment is made. if you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Terms and Conditions for Coupons

    When using the coupons provided by Auzz trinklets N Krafts applies the following terms and conditions for using:

    a. The coupon will only be applied for orders more than $50

    b. Sometime coupons are for one time use only and will not be applied if it has been previously used on the same email.

    c. The coupon will not be applied on any of the categories which are NEW ARRIVALS, BACK IN STOCK , Pre order items, Gift Cards and Craft machines.

  • I lost my mail /parcel which was left outside my door?

    If you ordered the items which are in free shipping category and we sent it out to you through Australia post Standard Mail service are lost , Auzz Trinklets N Crafts DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST MAIL. If you want to get a tracking or registered please add REGISTERED MAIL to your cart total.

    And if your parcel is left outside the door by the courier company or by Australia post , Auzz Trinklets N Crafts does not take responsibility for the lost parcel or stolen parcel and would not give any refunds for those.

    Also with regard to the pre-ordered or Lay-by items if there is any cancellation of any reasons . Auzz Trinklets N Crafts will charge you a termination fees of 10% of the total price.

  • Why I am being Charged with Postage if the item is Free postage?

    If you are being charged with the postage on FREE SHIPPING items then your cart Total is less than $10. Minimum order to get free postage is $10 or more

  • Why I am being Charged with Postage if the cart total is more than $101 and my order is not bulky?

    If you are being charged with the postage on over $101, then your cart must be containing items which are like clearance items, papers 12×12 or cardstocks, machines or large items which cannot fit in small satchel or items where the title says postage as per actuals. In this scenario we do charge postage and when orders packed, if there is any extra postage we do refunds.
