Now coming to my blog post, First I would like to wish Altenew a very happy 9th Birthday. I remember the days when they 1st came into the craft industry with their layering stamps and I also remember the days when they introduced their Vintage rose and Antique rose layering stamps with My sweet Petunia stamping tool MISTI and that was the beginning of Altenew journey and never looking back for them , Well done to the Tasnim and Nabil's Team.

Today I have been given an opportunity to write something about my recent creation for Altenew's 9th Birthday.

Materials Used:

• Teal cardstock
• Neenah Solar white Cardstock
• Altenew Obsidian Ink
• Altenew Golden Sunset Ink pads
• Altenew Label Love add on stamps
• Altenew Buttercup Swamp stamps
• Altenew Buttercup Swamp Dies
• Altenew Buttercup Swamp stencils
• Altenew Rattan Strip Dies
• Altenew Meadows green Ink pads
• Altenew Foam tape

Steps:

• Die Teal cardstock using the rattan strips and do not throw away the cut outs and use them to weave your mat for background.
• Stick this back ground on the 110 lbs Neenah solar white for your background. I have also used the thin strips of left over to create the frame around the background as well.
• On a separate cardstock using the Golden sunset , Meadows grass ink pad and stencil for Buttercup Swamp colour your flower and leaves.
• Die cut the flower and leaves and adhere them from the left hand top corner with the Altenew foam tape.
• Stamp the sentiments with Altenew Obsidian ink pad and adhere that to the bottom left hand side.

I had so much fun creating this card for Altenew and love Altenew products.

Hello Everyone , After a long time I am posting on my blog again. You have landed here from Pam Boedeker blog. Hope you had a wonderful time reading her blog post. If you have missed some one then you can go back on the original post from this link https://wp.me/p6Dps1-gSI So today I am sharing my secret recipe of foiling with your dies. I know most of you are aware that you can foil with your dies but I have added an extra trick where you can have those die cutting lines more thicker and prominent. Please watch my video and share your thoughts on it. First I will share hoe I have created each of them. Card 1: Materials:

• Dotted Tile Embossing die
• Gold Cardstock
• Neenah Solar white
• On the go Stamp and die
• Gold Foil
• Altenew Obsidian Black ink

Steps:

1. Cut 4 1/4' X 5 1/2' Cardstock for your card panel for foiling
2. Foil it according to the process shown in the video below
3. On a small pcs of cardstock stamp your sentiments using the Obsidian ink.
4. Matt your foiled panel onto the gold cardstock and also your sentiments and stick them together on the card base.

Card 2: Materials:

• Altenew Lovely ornament dies and stamps
• Altenew Ornate Cover Dies
• Altenew Glitter Cardstocks.
• Gold Cardstock
• Neenah Solar white
• Gold Foil
• Altenew Obsidian Black ink

Steps:

1. Cut 4 1/4' X 5 1/2' Cardstock for your card panel for foiling
2. Foil it according to the process shown in the video below
3. Die-cut 3 ornaments and put them together.
4. Matt your foiled panel onto the gold glitter cardstock.
5. Stick all the ornaments and Also add string on the top so that they look like they are hanging.
6. Add the sentiments on the pcs of cardstock and adhere to your card.

Card 3: Materials:

• Altenew Simply thank you die
• Altenew Ornate Cover Dies
• Altenew Floral In N out border die.
• Black glitter Cardstock
• Vellum
• Neenah Solar white
• Silver Foil

Steps:

1. Cut 4 1/4' X 5 1/2' Cardstock for your card panel for foiling
2. Foil it according to the process shown in the video below
3. Cut your Thank you word and foil it with silver foil or cut your sentiment one in black and other is silver cardstock.
4. Matt your foiled panel onto the black glitter cardstock and Add the floral in N out border cut on a vellum on the base on left hand side.
5. Stick the Thank you on the black die cut thank you looking like a shadow behind
6. Stick on the card to finish it off.

Welcome to my blog and you have arrived from Annemarie Caister blog. What a wonderful creations she has. She is amazing.

Today I am sharing couple of my old washi tape creations . First one is my favorite which I created for my Hubbys collogue who was retiring.

For this project it was fun and I really enjoyed making it . I had been asked by my hubby to make a retirement card where all his colleagues can write some personal message so I created this with a personalized bag. For my card I have used Wild Flora Wide washi tape. Here are the details for the cards Materials used for the cards:

• Colour Wheel Die
• Altenew Gold Washi tape
• Neenah Solar white
• ALtenew Label Love stamp
• Altenew Queen Anemone Stamps
• Altenew Cherry Blossom Ink pads
• Altenew Pocket Full of sunshine Ink pads
• Altenew Warm Grey ink pads
• Altenew Green Fields Ink pads
• Altenew Cool Summer Night Ink pads

Steps to Make this card:

• First On a piece of 6 inch by 6 inch Card stock I die cut out with my Colour wheel die.
• On other 6inch by 6inch Cardstock I put some gold washi tape and die cut those out as well and saved all my negative piece from that so that I can stick some of the piece on the background of the base.
• Stick down your original piece to your Cardbase. and the stick your negatives as well alternatively and random place you would like to.
• Then I stamped my flowers and leaves on a seperate piece of cardstock using my Altenew inks and Queen Anemone stamps.
• To finish off I stamped the sentiments from the Label Love stamp set.

Hello Bloggers. Thank you for stopping by on my blog. You have come to my blog from Ann Taylor . wow!! lovely cards and great technique! isn't? Today I am going to choose Neon colours for my cards. As my name starts with "N" so that is what I am going to play with. Love those Neon colours which are there in Altenew Ink pads selections. I have made 6 cards using some of the neon colours from Altenew ink pads. Card 1: Materials: -Altenew Fancy Thanks die -Altenew Floral Dahlia Stamp - Sparkle Embossing powder -Brads -Altenew Ink pads peach perfect, parrot, Rubellite -Vellum Steps:

• On a 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" cardstock blend those colors with your blending tool
• Take a Vellum of the same size and stamp Floral images in a circle and heat emboss with the embossing powder.
• Put the vellum on top of the blended cardstock and secure with the brads.
• Die cut two thanks from the fancy thanks die and adhere together and stick on the center of your card.

Card 2: Materials: -Altenew Mandala Maker Stamp -Altenew Parrot green ink pad - Altenew Maple yellow ink pad -Altenew Peach perfect ink pad -Altenew Grass field ink pad -Altenew pink diamond ink pad - Card base 8' x 9 inch scored at 4' -Green cardstock for matt 3 3/4' x 8 3/4' -Red cardstock for matt 3 1/2' x 8 1/2' - white cardstock 3 1/4'x 8 1/4' Steps:

• On a 3 1/4'x 8 1/4' cardstock chose your colours and use the mandala maker stamp to stamp your shapes.
• I have taken altenew colours to match and make my mandala.
• Adhere your white cardstock on the red cardstock and then on the green cardstock.
• Adhere the above on your cardbase.
• To finish it off I have stamped Thank you sentiment directly over my mandalas.

Card 3: Materials: -Altenew Mandala Maker Stamp -Altenew Simply Thank you die -Altenew Parrot green ink pad - Altenew Maple yellow ink pad -Altenew Peach perfect ink pad -Altenew Grass field ink pad -Altenew pink diamond ink pad - Altenew Blue ink pads and some of the Yellow shades - Card base 8' x 9 inch scored at 4' -Yellow cardstock for matt 3 3/4' x 8 3/4' -Blue cardstock for matt 3 1/2' x 8 1/2' - white cardstock 3 1/4'x 8 1/4' -Vellum Steps:

• On a 3 1/4'x 8 1/4' cardstock chose your colours and use the mandala maker stamp to stamp your shapes.
• I have taken altenew colours to match and make my mandala.
• Adhere your white cardstock on the blue cardstock and then on the yellow cardstock.
• Adhere the above on your cardbase.
• I die cut two pcs of Thank you die from the Altenew Simply Thank you die and adhere them together
• On a piece of Vellum I adhere the Thank you die cut and then Adhered on the stamped cardstock.

Card 4: Materials: -Altenew Mandala Maker Stamp -Altenew Parrot green ink pad - Altenew Mega Label Love stamp -Altenew Peach perfect ink pad -Altenew Volcano Lake ink pad - Card base 8' x 9 inch scored at 4' - White card panel 3 3/4' x 8 3/4' -Black cardstock strip to put underneath the white card panel (3 3/4'x 8 3/4') -Heart dew drops Steps:

• On a 3 3/4'x 8 3/4' cardstock chose your colours and use the mandala maker stamp to stamp your shapes.
• I have taken altenew colours to match and make my mandala.
• Adhere your white card panel on the cardbase. Do stick the black strip on the side of your card panel
• Adhere the above on your cardbase.
• To finish it off I have stamped happy Birthday sentiment from the Mega Label Love stamp and adhered to my card used foam tape.

Card 5: Materials: -Altenew Mandala Maker Stamp -Altenew Parrot green ink pad - Card base 8' x 9 inch scored at 4' -white cardstock panel 3 3/4' x 8 3/4' -Altenew Black Obsidian ink Steps:

• First on the cardstock Panel I have used Parrot green ink pad to do blending from the top and bottom making lighter on the center. I have not used any other colour.
• On a 3 3/4'x 8 3/4' cardstock panel use the mandala maker stamp to stamp your shapes using black obsidian ink pad.
• Adhere your white cardstock on the card base
• To finish it off I have stamped Happy birthday sentiment on a white cardtstock giving a slight black shadow behind and adhering this on the front with foam tape for extra dimensions.

Card 6: Materials: -Altenew Tulip embossing Folder. - Altenew Maple yellow ink pad -Altenew Peach perfect ink pad -Altenew Rubellight ink pad - Card base 5 1/2' x 4 1/4" -Cardstock panel 5 1/2'x 4 1/4' -Acetate sheet 5' x 3 3/4' -Altenew washi tape -Vellum Steps:

• On a cardstock panel 5 1/2' x 4 1/4' I have used three ink pads and done some background blending.
• Emboss your acetate sheet using the 3d embossing folder Tulip
• Adhere your acetate on the cardstock Panel.
• Stamp your sentiments using Altenew Permanent ink on a piece of vellum and adhere that around your acetate sheet.
• Stick there both on the cardstock panel.
• Secure that using altenew washi tape all around.
• Adhere the above on your cardbase.

Today I am sharing a card which I have made for my hubby's office collegue a sympathy Card. With the current situation in India he lost his dad back home.

I thought Zentangle card would be a great idea for making a card for such a scenario, simple and elegant .

So here is the card which I have made on this situation.

I am today sharing a card I made for the Altenew Educator Hop.

Here are the details for the cards

Materials used for the cards:

• Colour Wheel Die
• Altenew Gold Washi tape
• Neenah Solar white
• ALtenew Label Love stamp
• Altenew Queen Anemone Stamps
• Altenew Cherry Blossom Ink pads
• Altenew Pocket Full of sunshine Ink pads
• Altenew Warm Grey ink pads
• Altenew Green Fields Ink pads
• Altenew Cool Summer Night Ink pads

Steps to Make this card:

• First On a piece of 6 inch by 6 inch Card stock I die cut out with my Colour wheel die.
• On other 6inch by 6inch Cardstock I put some gold washi tape and die cut those out as well and saved all my negative piece from that so that I can stick some of the piece on the background of the base.
• Stick down your original piece to your Cardbase. and the stick your negatives as well alternatively and random place you would like to.
• Then I stamped my flowers and leaves on a seperate piece of cardstock using my Altenew inks and Queen Anemone stamps.
• To finish off I stamped the sentiments from the Label Love stamp set.
