1. Terms & Conditions of Delivery
- Auzz Trinklets N Krafts reserves the right to select the method of shipment for all orders.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times (Australia)
We pride ourselves on prompt processing and dispatch.
- Most orders are shipped quickly unless items are out of stock or delayed in reaching our warehouse.
- Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 8–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and depend on Australia Post service availability.

4. Australia Postage Information
Free Shipping in Australia
As many of you know, postage costs continue to rise each year. Australia Post will be introducing new postage rates from 1st July 2026, and I am currently waiting to see the extent of these increases.
Please note that the Free Shipping option may be reviewed or permanently switched off from 1st July, depending on the new postage rates. Unfortunately, with the increasing costs of freight, packaging materials, and general business expenses, there may come a point where offering free shipping is no longer sustainable.
I truly appreciate the support of my long-term customers and may offer special free shipping privileges to customers who have supported my small business over many years and have placed 40+ orders with me. Any such arrangements will still be subject to the same conditions and exclusions that currently apply to our free shipping offer, including bulky items and products that require upgraded postage services.
Should any changes be required, I will provide an update once Australia Post confirms their new pricing structure.
Free shipping applies to orders over $150, except when:
- Total parcel weight exceeds 2kg
- The order contains machines
- Items are marked as:
- SALE, CLEARANCE, DISCOUNTED
- 12×12 papers or cardstock
- Large or oversized items
- “Postage as per actuals” or “No Free Shipping”
If free shipping does not apply to your cart, this means your order includes one or more of the above exceptions.
Standard Shipping Rates (Australia)
- Orders under $150 start from $7.50.
- Rates are determined by Australia Post and may change when Australia Post updates their pricing.
5. Insurance for Domestic Shipping
Orders Below $100 (Tracked)
- Automatically covered for insurance.
Orders Above $100 (Tracked)
- Additional insurance is strongly recommended.

If insurance is not selected, we can only cover up to $100 for any loss or damage during transit, as per Australia Post’s standard compensation.
Free Shipping & Untracked Services
- Free-shipping and untracked parcels are not eligible for insurance claims.
- No refunds or compensation can be provided for loss or damage on these shipments.
6. International Postage – New Zealand
Standard Letter/Flat Rate (Up to 260 × 360 × 20 mm, up to 500g)
- $19 AUD
Parcel Rates
- Apply when:
- Parcel exceeds 260 × 360 × 20 mm
- Weight exceeds 500g

International Insurance
- All international shipping charges displayed on the website already include insurance.
