1. Terms & Conditions of Delivery

• Auzz Trinklets N Krafts reserves the right to select the method of shipment for all orders.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times (Australia)

We pride ourselves on prompt processing and dispatch.

• Most orders are shipped quickly unless items are out of stock or delayed in reaching our warehouse.
• Estimated delivery timeframes:
• Metro areas: 3–7 business days
• Regional areas: 8–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and depend on Australia Post service availability.

If your order has been assigned an Australia Post tracking number, you can check its status at any time.

4. Australia Postage Information

Free Shipping (Australia)

After carefully reviewing the latest Australia Post postage rate increases, I have made some changes that allow me to continue offering free shipping while keeping it sustainable for my small business.

Standard Free Shipping

Free shipping is ONLY available on eligible Australian orders over $150.

Loyalty Free Shipping

As a thank you to my loyal customers, an additional free shipping option is available to customers who have placed 40 or more completed orders with Auzz Trinklets N Krafts.

This option is not available until your account reaches 40 completed orders. Once this milestone has been reached, the free shipping option will automatically become available on eligible future orders.

Free Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free shipping does not apply if your order includes any of the following:

• Total parcel weight exceeds 500gms
• Orders containing machines or other bulky equipment
• SALE, CLEARANCE or DISCOUNTED products
• PRE-ORDER items
• Back In Stock products
• 12" × 12" papers or cardstock
• Large or oversized items
• Products marked "Postage as per Actuals" or "No Free Shipping"
• Orders requiring upgraded postage services or multiple parcels

If the free shipping option does not appear at checkout, your order contains one or more items that are excluded from the free shipping offer.

All free shipping orders are sent using the shipping method selected by Auzz Trinklets N Krafts. Express shipping is available as a paid upgrade where applicable.

Standard Shipping Rates (Australia)

Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel size, weight and destination using current Australia Post rates and are subject to change without notice.

5. Insurance for Domestic Shipping

Orders Below $100 (Tracked)

• Automatically covered for insurance.

Orders Above $100 (Tracked)

• Additional insurance is strongly recommended.

• If insurance is not selected, we can only cover up to $100 for any loss or damage during transit, as per Australia Post’s standard compensation.

Free Shipping & Untracked Services

• Free-shipping and untracked parcels are not eligible for insurance claims.
• No refunds or compensation can be provided for loss or damage on these shipments.

6. International Postage – New Zealand

Standard Letter/Flat Rate (Up to 260 × 360 × 20 mm, up to 500g)

• $19 AUD

Parcel Rates

• Apply when:
  • Parcel exceeds 260 × 360 × 20 mm
  • Weight exceeds 500g

International Insurance

• All international shipping charges displayed on the website already include insurance.
