Refund & Return Policy

Australia & International Buyers

At Auzz Trinklets N Krafts, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly. This policy applies to all domestic and international orders.

  • We comply fully with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
  • If a product has a major fault under ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • All claims must be submitted in writing via email with clear details and, where applicable, photos.

1. Insurance for Domestic Shipping

Orders Below $100 (Tracked)

  • Tracked parcels under $100 are automatically covered by insurance.

Orders Above $101 (Tracked)

  • Additional insurance is strongly recommended.
  • If insurance is not selected, we can only cover up to $100 for any loss or damage during transit, as per Australia Post’s standard compensation.

Free Shipping & Untracked Services

  • Untracked parcels and free-shipping services are not eligible for insurance claims.
  • No refunds or compensation can be offered for loss or damage on untracked shipments.

2. Faulty or Defective Goods

Australia

  • Goods with confirmed manufacturing faults will be replaced at no cost.

International Orders

  • Refunds only. Replacements are not available for international orders.

Important Requirements

  • All return claims must be approved in writing before goods are returned.
  • Faulty item claims must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged goods claims must include:

    Photos of the parcel before opening, and
    Photos after opening
    Without photographic evidence, claims may be denied.
  • Damage claims are submitted to Australia Post, and we will assist where possible.

3. Reporting Discrepancies

  • Pricing, quantity, or tax discrepancies must be reported immediately.
  • A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns.
  • As above, damaged goods must be photographed before and after opening.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for faulty items (Australia & International).
  • Auzz Trinklets N Krafts is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
  • COD/collect returns will not be accepted.

5. Inspection of Returns

  • All returns are individually inspected upon arrival.
  • All returns must be in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  • Items not purchased from us or without a confirmed manufacturing defect will not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing – Australia

  • You will be notified by email once the return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
  • Processing or merchant fees may apply (see Section 9).

7. Refund Processing – International

  • You will be notified by email once your return is received and inspected.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing fees may apply.
  • Only refunds will be provided for defective goods sold outside Australia.

8. Change of Mind & Non-Refundable Items

  • Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Pre-order items and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

    If an order is cancelled, deposits and pre-order amounts are forfeited.

9. Combined Orders & Shipping Fee Adjustments

If two or more orders are placed separately with shipping paid multiple times:

  • We may combine the orders and refund excess shipping.
  • Refunds will be minus payment processing fees:
    3% for credit card payments
    7% for ZIP Pay or Afterpay
    Plus a $2.00 processing charge

Example:

If you paid $15.50 shipping twice, one $15.50 charge will be refunded minus the applicable fees.

  • Full details of your claim
  • Photos, if applicable

11. Important Note About Pre-Orders & Deposits

Deposits and pre-order payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

If a pre-order is cancelled, the paid amount is forfeited and no refund will be issued.
